Ms. Drivas is a 2003 graduate of Florida Atlantic University, where she obtained her paralegal and immigration law certifications. Ms. Drivas is fluent in Spanish and English. She began as an interpreter for numerous immigration attorneys in South Florida. She has developed a strong background in Asylum, Adjustment and Naturalization Interviews, as well as document translations. Ms. Drivas is the law firm’s keynote paralegal.
Ms. Drivas has extensive experience in a variety of administrative roles which she effectively uses to anticipate client’s needs and guide them through the legal process. She works closely with the firm’s principal attorney in the areas of Immigration and Bankruptcy law, helping to draft briefs, appeals, motions to reopen and deportation and bankruptcy defense. Clients regard her as a highly skilled, caring and well-trained professional. She recently graduated with honors from the Florida Atlantic University Immigration Program.
Ms. Drivas is a national of Bogota Colombia and finished her high school education in Bogota at the Liceo de Londres Bilingual Institute.
